The Saturday evening seminar this year will be given by someone who is used to speaking for fifty-five minutes, Jere Mead, Latin teacher turned Scrabble® player. Jere has won the BAT Premier four times, and finished in the top ten in the last three National Scrabble Championships. He will offer advice, reminiscences, and lessons learned, showing a variety of positions and talking about the kind of thinking that went into, or should have gone into, finding a right play.

Jere's seminar will take place in the Westford Regency's Concord Amphitheater on the second floor opposite the Westford Ballroom. Deluxe high-back, comfy chairs are limited, so get there early!
