*In honor of the 20th anniversary, the top-rated 19 players from A will play up in a Premier
division, along with the winner of the 2000 Expert division, Jan Dixon.

Players will be assigned to divisions based on 1 April 2001 ratings. Players within 100 points
of the cutoff may play up at their request and the directors' discretion.

FORMAT
This 15-game event will be computer-paired by John according to a modified Fontes
Swiss-style system. Standings will be calculated based on wins & spread and not credits.
At least 30% of each division's entry fee will go to the division winner.

NOTES
  • The National SCRABBLE® Association requires that all but first-time participants be current
    members of the NSA. Bring membership cards or current newsletters to show status.
  • Please bring deluxe boards and game timers.
  • All playing facilities are handicapped accessible. During room registration, please mention
    handicap room needs.
  • All hotel guests can use the hotel's pool, hot tub, and exercise classes for free. Use of the
    golf course and health club can be arranged at the Pro shop for a daily fee.
  • To defray the cost of the playing facilities, attendees who are not staying at the hotel are required to pay a $10 commuter fee.
  • The first 25 entries will be eligible for an early-bird prize.
  • Players unsure about Premier eligibility are asked to send the higher entry fee and $15 will
    be reimbursed during registration if necessary. Please monitor web site for registration status.
  • Check the web page for information on Rotisserie League participation, which will be
    provided by Scott Pianowski.
